Haclar Makes Tea

Haclar [hʌtslar](IPA) was one of many inorian royal teachers. Since the birth of Kaenneth, who would become known as Aurothaan, Haclar would serve as his mentor. He taught him writing and maths, scripture and sciences. But most importantly, he taught him friendship and the meaning of freedom. Haclar was an Oteru. He knew how to manipulate matter using only his will. In the image, he is boiling water suspended in the air and making spicy tea with it. "Provides good aeration," he would always say. But Kaenneth knew he did it just because he could.

The map behind him shows the Bay of Atilón, Atilón being the peninsula north of it. The lines show places Eberak shards fell to (where the lines intersect is where Eberak once stood) millenia ago. Atilón later became Aluura, when many Oteru, including Haclar, raised it from the ground in order to shield it from the incoming world-wide flash flood caused by Aurogonth.
